- To ensure easy insertion, simply warm up your earplugs by rubbing them between your hands before putting them in your ears and the aluminum case.
- Insert Sets earplugs into your ear canal, ensuring a snug fit. Twist them gently for proper positioning, but avoid inserting them too far. When removing, gently pull them out using the small tags at the base of the earplug.
- Keep your Sets clean by wiping them with a damp cloth and storing them in the case. For a thorough clean, remove the filter and wash the soft outer part in warm, soapy water. Let it air dry before re-inserting the filter. Replace Sets every 3 years or if there's any wear and tear.
